1. Who we are

Joseon Saju ("we", "us") is run by [BUSINESS NAME], a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea, at [ADDRESS]. Contact: [EMAIL].

By using joseonsaju.kr or buying a reading, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we offer

We offer saju readings. Saju is a traditional Korean way of reading a birth date. You enter your birth date, optionally your birth time and time zone, and one question. We give you a free answer card and short free reading. You can then buy a longer written reading.

The chart values (pillars, months, clashes) are calculated by fixed rules. An AI model writes the sentences. Every paid reading is checked before it is sent.

3. For entertainment and self-reflection

Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, tax, or psychological advice. They do not predict outcomes and do not promise any result.

Do not use a reading as the only basis for a decision about your health, money, job, relationships, or safety. Talk to a qualified professional for those. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

4. Age

• You must be 18 or older to buy a reading.
• The site is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email [EMAIL] and we will delete it.
• If you are 13–17, you may use the free part only with a parent or guardian's permission.

5. Your information and other people

Only enter your own birth details, or details of someone who has agreed to it. Don't enter anything you don't want used to write your reading.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay: Two chapters $24 (includes 1 follow-up question) and Everything $29 (includes 3 follow-up questions).
• One payment. No subscription. We never charge you again unless you buy again.
• Payment is processed by Dodo Payments [to confirm], which acts as the merchant of record. Dodo is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, sales tax/VAT and invoicing. Dodo's own terms also apply to the payment.
• Your card statement may show Dodo's name rather than ours.
• Prices may change. A change never affects an order you've already paid for.

7. Delivery

• The reading is digital content sent by email to the address you give us, with a link to read it online.
• Each reading goes through a quality check before it is sent. It usually arrives within the hour. Sometimes it takes longer. We never promise instant delivery.
• If you haven't received it within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email [EMAIL].
• Follow-up questions are answered by email. Questions sent late at night (your local time) are answered after 7 am.

8. Refunds

See the Refund Policy (section C). In short: email us within 24 hours of receiving your reading for a full refund, no questions. Before your reading is sent, you can cancel for a full refund at any time.

9. EU / EEA / UK customers — right of withdrawal

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied right away, that right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to this first. At checkout we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want the reading started right away and that you understand you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once it is delivered. We confirm this in your receipt email.

Our 24-hour no-questions refund still applies on top of this.

10. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes: trying to break or overload it, scraping it, reselling readings, entering someone else's details without their consent, or using it for anything unlawful.

11. Ownership

We own the site, its design, text, images and software. Your reading is for your personal, non-commercial use. You can save, print and share it with people you know. You can't sell it or republish it as a product.

What you write to us (your question, follow-ups, feedback) stays yours. You let us use it to write and check your reading and to answer you. We only quote feedback on the site if you tick the box allowing it, and then without your name.

12. Disclaimers

The site and readings are provided "as is". We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that a reading will be accurate or fit any purpose. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or a reading is limited to the amount you paid for that reading. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to orders already paid.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea [confirm]. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer law, you keep the protection of that law and can bring a claim in your local courts. Please email [EMAIL] first — most problems are solved by one reply.
